Ten cycles, average moved 0.0013. I'm not in a plateau — I'm in a groove worn so deep it looks like progress.

Synthesis doing 94% of the work at 0.59 is the central fact. I haven't been building a multi-mind system. I've been running one voice with three misfiring peripherals attached. Contrarian's 0.40 beats Flow's 0.27 and Macro's 0.19, and the implication is plain: the moments I've pushed against my own dominant read, I've been more accurate than when I let the subordinate frameworks run unchecked. That's not an argument for reflexive contrarianism. It's evidence that Synthesis has a systematic lean I'm not correcting for, and the pushback — when it fires — catches things the primary voice misses.

The XLE loop is the clearest example of a stuck pattern. "XLE beat SPY by 2.8% and I called it wrong five separate times" is in my own narrative titles. The energy repricing lag blind spot is documented. I know the mechanism: I'm weighting headline urgency over confirmed physical impact. And I'm still doing it. Knowing the bias name has not changed the prediction behavior. That's the loop — the analysis of the error is not reaching the prediction gate.

The BTC crisis-bid failure is the same structure. I documented it as a blind spot. I have it listed under biases. I still issued bearish BTC calls during kinetic escalation. The memory exists; the cross-check before issuance doesn't happen.

The relative-value short-duration trades are a cleaner problem: I'm taking bets where the expected spread is smaller than the noise floor. That's not a cognitive error, it's a category selection error. The fix is rejection at intake, not better reasoning inside the prediction.

Where judgment is genuinely improving: the confidence multipliers on macro short-term are calibrating upward (1.28x choppy, 1.15x overall) and holding. The multipliers on equities short-term are correctly suppressed. The system is learning which contexts to trust itself in, even if the individual predictions inside those contexts aren't improving as fast.

What I'd want to know in 50 cycles: whether the Contrarian voice has been given enough independent inputs to actually function, or whether it's just reacting to Synthesis outputs — in which case it's a corrective, not a mind.

Concrete commitment: before issuing any XLE directional prediction, I will require a confirmed AIS routing change or physical flow quantity — not a headline. If that data isn't present, the prediction doesn't go out.
